What You'll Do
- Orchestrate Procurement: Lead end-to-end purchasing cycles, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive cost savings and enhance supply chain resilience.
- Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, negotiating contracts that align with our long-term business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor supplier performance using KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous excellence.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with operations and finance teams to forecast demand and align inventory levels with market trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to final delivery.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize costs and ensure supply chain resilience.
- Negotiate favorable terms with vendors and suppliers to drive value.
- Manage supplier performance through rigorous KPI analysis and relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
