Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from identifying suppliers to final contract execution and renewal.
- Lead complex negotiations with key vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Develop and maintain a robust supplier diversity program to ensure ethical sourcing practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, engineering) to align purchasing strategies with business goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and vendor relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market reports.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Professional certification (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
