Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company objectives to drive cost reduction and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of supplier relationships, from vendor selection and onboarding to performance evaluation and renewal negotiations.
  • Conduct rigorous market research and supplier analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Lead negotiations on contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and legally compliant.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and engineering teams to align procurement activities with business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management within a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and achieving significant cost savings for an organization.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software platforms.
