Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to vendor onboarding.
- Negotiate favorable contracts and terms with key suppliers to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Manage a portfolio of suppliers, conducting performance reviews and fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to forecast demand and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Finance, Logistics) to align purchasing strategies with business objectives.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing within a manufacturing or tech environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of local and international trade regulations is an advantage.
