Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Lead internal and external audit processes, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Streamline accounting workflows through process automation and ERP optimization.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and corporate financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation or active candidacy is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Workday.
- Strong analytical mindset with an exceptional eye for detail and data integrity.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
