Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to high-level architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
