Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and robust code.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensure security best practices, and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical roadmap of the organization.
- Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack or backend technologies.
- Proficiency in at least two major languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment.
