Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Architecture: Lead the design of system architecture, ensuring high availability, security, and performance under heavy load.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and drive the technical vision.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize application performance to improve user experience and reduce latency.
- Technical Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, Go, or C++.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of front-end technologies (React, Vue.js) or back-end frameworks (Spring Boot, Django).
- Cloud: Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Databases: Expertise in designing and optimizing SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
