Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
