Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web services using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams to iterate on features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and test-driven code that meets industry standards.
- Optimize application performance and latency across the entire stack.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in rigorous code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues in cloud environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Node.js, Go, or Python).
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a distributed environment.
