Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable features for our core SaaS platform.
- Lead technical design sessions and conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into elegant code.
- Optimize application performance, security, and infrastructure reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in software development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Debug complex production issues and implement long-term stability fixes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks like React or Next.js.
- Solid experience with backend technologies, preferably Node.js, Go, or Python.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of database design, including both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
