Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure code quality through rigorous peer code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and UX/UI design, to define innovative product features.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability in a cloud-native environment.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers to foster a culture of professional growth and technical excellence.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement of development processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Next.js).
- Proven experience with server-side development using Node.js and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with database architecture (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB) and performance tuning.
