Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Go and Node.js.
- Design intuitive, performant user interfaces with React and TypeScript.
- Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to high-quality software engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specs.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
- Optimize system performance and reliability within our AWS-based microservices architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Go, Python, or Java).
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database optimization (PostgreSQL/Redis).
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for engineering culture.
