Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-availability, distributed software systems using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA engineers to define feature requirements.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes.
- Write automated tests to ensure software reliability and reduce technical debt.
- Participate in architecture planning sessions to drive technical decisions and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on web development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and experience with frameworks like Django or Spring Boot.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with modern frontend technologies (React, Vue, or Angular) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
