Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Go.
- Lead technical design sessions and provide constructive peer code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into technical specs.
- Optimize application performance and reliability in a microservices architecture.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Drive the development of internal tools to improve developer productivity and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 99.9% platform availability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend services (Go, Python, or Node.js).
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL database design and performance tuning.
- Proven ability to write testable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical industry experience.
