Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices using Go and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable system architectures.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in distributed cloud environments.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high standards of quality.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment cycles and service reliability.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical production system maintenance.
- Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap for platform infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development with a focus on distributed systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Go, Java, or C++.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proven experience designing and managing large-scale, high-availability databases.
- Strong background in system design, data structures, and algorithmic complexity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
