Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-throughput distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scalable software specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
- Identify and resolve complex bottlenecks to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical production incident management.
- Bridge the gap between raw data and actionable user features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go, Java, or Python.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native design (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong grasp of relational and NoSQL database design (PostgreSQL, Redis, Cassandra).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
