Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models for large-scale applications.
- Optimize neural network architectures for latency, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core product ecosystem.
- Lead technical design sessions and mentor junior engineers on AI best practices.
- Stay at the cutting edge of AI research by contributing to open-source initiatives and publishing whitepapers.
- Monitor and improve model performance using MLOps best practices and automated pipelines.
- Work closely with data infrastructure teams to refine data ingestion and labeling strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Strong grasp of linear algebra, probability, and optimization algorithms.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous start-up environment.
