Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices using Go and Java.
- Optimize database queries and system performance for high-throughput traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical knowledge sharing.
- Drive engineering best practices including CI/CD automation and testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues in cloud environments.
- Contribute to the architectural evolution of our distributed systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in Go, Java, or Python with a strong understanding of concurrency.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
