You will work on mission-critical features, lead architectural discussions, and mentor talented engineers in a collaborative, remote-first, or office-hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, secure, and performant microservices using Go and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance through rigorous code reviews and architectural refactoring.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of our cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in CI/CD and automated testing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead incident response protocols.
- Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional software development with a focus on Full Stack engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Go, Java, or Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
