Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD integration
- Collaborate with product managers to define quality metrics and release criteria
- Investigate root causes of defects and implement preventive measures
- Mentor QA team members on best practices and emerging testing technologies
- Champion continuous improvement in QA processes and tooling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 2+ in automation testing
- Expertise in Selenium, Appium, or similar automation frameworks
- Proficiency in SQL for test data management and defect analysis
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and test management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Tester (CTFL) preferred
