Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement robust, scalable microservices architectures to support high-volume AI workloads.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- DevOps: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend systems.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python or Go, with experience in C++ or Java.
- Cloud: Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and managing database schemas (SQL/NoSQL).
