Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure high-quality, scalable data ingestion and processing.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML models into production environments using cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to uncover trends and generate actionable insights.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation to optimize performance and accuracy.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
