Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright for CI/CD integration
- Lead defect management in JIRA, ensuring clear documentation and timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Implement and maintain QA best practices within an Agile/Scrum framework
- Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback to developers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes and tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, API testing (Postman/RestAssured), and performance testing tools
- Certified Agile/Scrum Master or equivalent QA certification
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience mentoring junior QA engineers
