Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Design secure authentication systems using OAuth 2.0 and JWT
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for feature validation
- Collaborate with Product team to translate requirements into technical specs
- Champion DevOps best practices across engineering org
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in backend development with Go/Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and IaC tools (Terraform)
- Strong background in distributed systems design principles
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- CS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- Contributions to open-source projects strongly preferred
