- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to an engineering culture of excellence.
- Participate in full-lifecycle software development, from concept to deployment and monitoring.
- Develop automated testing suites to ensure high reliability and bug-free releases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend software development.
- Deep expertise in Java, Go, or Python with experience building microservices.
- Proven track record of working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
