Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct system architecture reviews and performance tuning
- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proficiency in Go, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong background in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor teams
- Contributions to open-source repositories or patents preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience
