Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable backend services using Go and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance to ensure low latency and high availability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our internal engineering documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive continuous integration workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one modern language: Go, Java, or Python.
- Proven track record with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL database design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote-first team.
