Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices using Go and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and technical requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical knowledge sharing sessions.
- Optimize database queries and cloud infrastructure to ensure 99.99% system availability.
- Lead the migration of legacy monolithic components to event-driven architectures.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure reliability and rapid incident response.
- Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development velocity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend software development.
- Deep proficiency in Go, Java, or Python and cloud-native frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying distributed systems at scale.
- Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis, Cassandra) database paradigms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
