Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and enforce CI/CD best practices
- Optimize system performance and database queries
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovations
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Conduct root cause analysis of production incidents
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Proficient in testing frameworks and TDD methodologies
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with event-driven architectures
