Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and ArgoCD
- Optimize system performance to handle >10M daily API requests
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices across the organization
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and distributed systems
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in data structures and algorithm design
- Experience leading technical projects from conception to deployment
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
