Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of cloud-native microservices using Go and Python
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Optimize system performance and scalability for 10M+ user loads
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent company at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems architecture
- Expertise in Go, Python, and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of leading production deployments at scale
- Strong background in AWS/GCP infrastructure and security best practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
