Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture handling 10M+ daily transactions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization reducing deployment time by 40%
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Drive security-first development implementing zero-trust infrastructure
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Optimize database queries and API performance for 99.99% uptime

Qualifications
- 8+ years of production software development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with distributed systems
- Proven track record building cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience leading technical initiatives for 5+ person teams
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
