Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust architectures
- Conduct comprehensive penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for enterprise environments
- Lead incident response operations during security breaches, minimizing business impact
- Develop security automation tools using Python, Ansible, and cloud-native solutions
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS
- Mentor junior engineers and document security protocols
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture roles
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments
- Advanced knowledge of threat intelligence and SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Experience with secure coding practices and application security testing
