Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to deployment using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to achieve project milestones
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Stakeholder management through executive-level reporting and transparent communication channels
- Budget oversight and financial forecasting for project deliverables
- Implement continuous improvement processes in project delivery methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Proven expertise with Jira, Asana, and enterprise-level project management tools
- PMI-PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M with financial accountability
- Demonstrated success in scaling project teams and mentoring junior PMs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
