Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior software engineers on best practices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend platform capabilities.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend software development.
- Deep expertise in Go, Java, or Python and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
