Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software architectures using modern programming languages.
- Lead technical initiatives from conception to deployment, ensuring best practices in coding and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex system issues in production environments.
- Drive technical innovation by researching emerging technologies and proposing improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
