Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes

- Optimize system performance and resolve critical production issues
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing
- Drive technical strategy for SaaS platform scalability
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define technical roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source projects and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or similar backend technologies
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system design capabilities
