Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor 3-4 junior engineers through code reviews and design sessions
- Own system reliability initiatives with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Drive adoption of serverless patterns using AWS Lambda and DynamoDB
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems design
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Deep understanding of gRPC, protobuf, and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Strong grasp of SRE principles and observability tools
- Experience with fintech compliance (PCI-DSS, SOX)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
