Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and customer segmentation
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from ETL to deployment in cloud environments
- Translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions using Python/R
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights through interactive dashboards
- mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for data governance
- Present findings to C-level executives with compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with portfolio of production-level models
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Proven ability to derive business value from complex datasets
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps pipelines
- Strong communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
