Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to deployment using Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Stakeholder alignment across C-suite, engineering, and product teams to ensure strategic objectives are met
- Resource allocation and budget management for projects exceeding $5M in value
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution through data-driven decision making
- Implement JIRA/Confluence workflows to enhance team productivity and visibility
- Mentor junior project managers and establish best practices within the PMO
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS or tech environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification with proven track record of delivering complex projects
- Expertise in scaling Agile methodologies for enterprise-level initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage remote and cross-functional teams across global regions
