Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS EKS infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and tech reviews
- Architect event-driven systems with Kafka and gRPC
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Drive adoption of containerization and orchestration best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Deep AWS/Azure/GCP cloud architecture expertise
- Strong background in Kubernetes and Terraform
- Proven track record of building mission-critical applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
