Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
- Develop KPIs, track performance metrics, and present insights to stakeholders
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features using Agile methodologies
- Champion user advocacy and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product discovery frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and product management tools
- BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
