The Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this position, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications that serve millions of users. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver features that delight our customers and push the boundaries of what is possible.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and backend) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring high standards of code quality and testing coverage.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability to handle increasing loads and user demands.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making processes to guide the long-term technical vision.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot production problems with a focus on root cause analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go).
- Experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
