Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.99% uptime across all services.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture definition to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring system security and compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
- Deep understanding of web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong database management skills with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
