Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for real-time recommendation engines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to identify opportunities for data-driven optimization.
- Translate complex business problems into rigorous technical requirements and research projects.
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in ML Ops and version control.
- Develop robust A/B testing frameworks to validate model performance and user impact.
- Communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research to integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our production pipelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Spark or Hadoop is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven ability to architect end-to-end ML pipelines in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong statistical intuition and experience designing rigorous experiments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex insights clearly.
