Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with strong algorithmic knowledge
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade services at scale
- Strong background in testing frameworks (Jest, Pytest) and TDD practices
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
