Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Python for high-throughput cloud applications
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Terraform to reduce deployment cycles by 40%
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical design reviews
- Conduct system performance analysis and implement caching strategies at 1M+ RPS scale
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive security best practices including zero-trust architecture implementation
- Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure sprint velocity and quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) with IaT implementation
- Strong background in event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Proficiency in container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless technologies
- Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana) and A/B testing frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and open-source contributions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making approach
