Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and gRPC
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% uptime
- Lead code reviews and enforce CI/CD best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects used by 50K+ developers
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Conduct quarterly tech debt sprints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with distributed systems
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Published open-source contributions preferred
- AWS/GCP certification a plus
- Experience with fintech security protocols (PCI-DSS, SOC2)
