Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Terraform and Jenkins
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go/Java
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems patterns
- Proven track record of shipping production systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in test-driven development and CI/CD
